I use computer 8 hours daily at my office. It gives me a lot of stress. When i come home, i don,t feel good. Sometimes headache starts and whatever i try to do becomes difficult for me. Is there any good medicine or any mind exercise that can help me to work more.

Why don't you go have your eyes examined? I'm not kidding. I used to be an Optician, and you'd be surprised at the amount of people who complained of headaches after using a computer 8 hours a day. They needed glasses!

You might only need them while working on the computer, but see what your eye doctor says. And perhaps you don't even need them, but that's where I would start. Don't ruin your eyes! See your eye doctor -- there's a good chance you might need them.

If your eye doc says you don't need glasses, then see your medical doctor. Perhaps there's something else that needs attention. Best of luck & God bless. Hugs, Lee
