Have you ever ran too hard and cant catch your breath? thats how I have been feeling all day.
My nose feels swollen inside, my tonge feels bigger. It's touching the roof of my mouth.

I took a benzo and it didn't help.
I recently started new meds: Librium, Trazadone, and Prozac. I also increased my Lamictal to 100mg from 25mg 2 weeks or so ago.
Not sure which med might be doing this to me.
anyone ever had trouble breathing on meds?

if the trouble breathing happened after increasing your meds, you should call your doctor, or a nurse line or something as med reactions can get really bad. You don't want to take another dose if it's a med reaction because it'll get worse
Thanks for this!

i called my pdoc's after hours helpline, like you suggested. they told me to stop the lamictal, trazodone, prozac, librium, and suboxone. I am gonna go to urgent psych in the morning. Since I did not have benadryl the nurse had me go ahead and take my prednisone that was prescribed for a previous med reaction- I cant remember what i took back then that made me allergic... and take a cool shower. I'm also using a mentholatum rub and anti-snoring nose strips. I feel a little better.
