hi everyone , i find it hard to talk about my troubles/ worries with my wife , i just thought she knew what was worrying me, but now i can see she's not a mind reader.
time is running out for us in the house we are in at the moment as it is being reposses on the 4th of april . that is worrying me most of all but there are more, so i thought if i wrote them down so my wife would read them and then we might find it easier to talk about them! so here goes
1. i have been out of work (on sick) for several months and im scared about going back
2. being on the sick , i have little money , so im not paying my way
3. we (my wife and i) have started arguing again and i promised myself i would not start that again
4. the children seem to be playing up even worse then before.
5. i have started drinking to much beer , i never used to touch it but lately im getting drunk nearly every day
6. my wife works nights and when shes working im to scared to sleep , i just lay there listening to noises and thinking the worst
7. i owe my brother money and he wants me to start paying it back but again with little money its hard
the list could go on and on but i think that enough for now coz if you started at a to z i would have something im worried about for each letter

thank you for letting me waffle on , and i know my wife is reading this , i do love you katheryn waffles of a mad man waffles of a mad man waffles of a mad man

I am so sorry you are having such a hard time right now. I know how hard it is to not worry especially when trying to get to sleep. It was a good thought to write down these issues for your wife to read them. Then you aren't so all alone with them. I hope things improve soon. Please take care.

yes dec i do know to some extenct to what you are worried about but how this is efecting you on a daily basis , you are not drinking to much beer between 1 and 4 pints while we are in ther club in our safe place, but with your meds it makes you very tierd and your lack of sleep also plays apart in you falling asleep when you drink .

i love you to

Hi, There... waffles of a mad man

I don't know what your diagnosis is but I do know that it's not a good idea to drink alcohol when you are on medications. The effects of drinking can either counteract the medication or create unwanted side effects.

Have you talked to the doctor who prescribed your medication about your difficulty with sleeping? I think that would be a better way to go.

Also, the added benefit of talking to a therapist, if you don't already have one, would be a great help.

I'm so sorry you're going through such a hard time, especially losing your home. I've come close to that. It's a very helpless feeling. Sometimes, circumstances have a way of leveling the playing field for us.

Please take care of yourself and keep us posted. waffles of a mad man

I understand where you are right now. I have been out of work since October due to an injury at work. I drove a truck and made really good money and then end up making little on workman's comp. Please stop the drinking. that only leads to more health problems and family problems. I will keep you and Kathryn in my prayers
