For the past 5 months I thought I was bipolar, and the last 2 years before that I thought I was depressed. Today my T diagnosed me with adjustment disorder and I'm a bit shocked. Anybody have any thoughts, or want to share their personal experience with it?

Hi,

Did something stressful happen recently? If so, how are you responding to it? I think that is what your therapist is referring to.

I was recently diagnosed with borderline personality disorder. Another disorder that has to do with not being able to regulate your emotions. Don't let it get you down or think your alone. That is why this forum is so great!
