Daylight SavingsTime and SLEEP Daylight SavingsTime and SLEEP I tried to do a sleep diary but it comes in PDF and I don't know how to post those but if you go to the Ambein site you can get a sleep diary..sorry I just don't know how to post PDF junk

thanks for the tip i'll check out the site I have someone a CPAP mechine maybe it will help ,He has sleep Apnea.
