Does anyone else ever get days where they have little to no energy? I felt like this all day today, and I just feel like my muscles don't want to work right and that it's a huge task just to get up to walk to the bathroom. I don't know if it's coming from depression (I have bipolar) or if I'm coming down with something physical. But wow, I am feeling so lethargic... body does not want to move. And getting winded easily.

Happens to me every day. Sorry it's happening to you.

Crying isn't a sign of weakness. It's a sign of having tried too hard to be strong for too long.

Krisakira, is there any way you can go to a doctor? To be honest, it sounds like it could be either depression or you're coming down with something.
Thanks for this!
