thank you everyone for your support , the person dealing with us at the council has gone on leave so we have to deal with someone else but they couldnt justify why she didnt return our calls , spoke with her manger who says it most probally be after easter when the court will send the balifs in , so we are still waiting on court dates and then the council will decide if we have made ourselves homeless and if they can help us , if we have to wait untill after easter then this will give us bidding time in the next set of properties that come up ,
in the mean time we have found 3 quotes for removel and storage , 300pound to move a few miles then storage on top we are trying to stay in the childrens school area as this will be better than moving compleatly out of the area we have said we wont stay in this district as the memories are allways in our face and it will be better to have a fresh start might help hubbys recovery , so again thank you everyone for your support

I think youre in one heck of a spot and I feel so sorry for all you and your family have to go through..what a shame so many are losing all they have...I am keeping you in my prayers
