I know many are waiting for the news on my hearing, I am sorry for the delay on it ,But things came up So I have a chance to let you all know what happen.
Went to the hearing the Judge asked me some qucations on anything from work history to my school ,My disibiles and so on , , When Imy new lawer looked at my file she couldn't beleve that the other lawer left of many importent papers and other things out, When the judege ask if we had more avadence we yes ,we gave him 2 papers that should of been in the file that wasn't, The jude said do to lack on other lawers part I grat you an extion to get everything togething on this case, I think we have like 3 or 4 weks till the next . The lawer I have now says she has a chance to win my case becouse she is going after more then the other lawer would have, She is going for ALL my disiblies even my right eye and everything else,She told me the other lawer didn't even half of what they needed in my case. I like my new lawer She isn't going to quit until things are settled .I'll up date you when I know more, Please keep your fingers crossed that this goes through and if it does I'm throwing a BIG Party.
