Never to find happiness
Happiness is something like present, not able to be found but only can be presented.
Sometimes,when bored,I try to find happiness.Then I begin to try many ways,listening to music,seeing a movie,surfing on the net,etc.
Mostly only can I obtain dullness and low spirits.Entertainments can not always work. What’s more ,when they work,in fact, you are already in good state, and don’t really need them.Man is something between animal and God.He needs special things to satisfy himself, not only entertainments. The most important thing is a feeling of meaningfulness.Happiness is something you never find on purpose. It just occurs to you when you deserve .
Now, I begin to know this and begin to laught at my actions before. How fool I was. What only I can do is to check inside my mind and make some improvement.Only if I can keep it as a habit and improve myself day by day.

Yes, taking it day by day, actually even smaller than that, maybe hour by hour - is a good way to start. You are doing good to try and make improvements in helping yourself to find happiness.

I wish you all the best, and much happiness - as I am sure that you do deserve it!

Absence, you're right. Happiness comes from happenings and it passes as quickly as the happening. I believe that if your spirit is right within you, you'll be content. That's the best beginning.

Never say "never," though. That's setting yourself up for disappointment and failure.
