Hello Everyone Natural Flu Remedies Needed...

I have the flu! Does anyone know of natural remedies that would reduce : coughing up flem, sore lungs from coughing hard, low energy...etc?

Chicken noodle soup,
Lots of rest too!
Snuggle up with a good book, or a funny movie, and just relax!
