I am so detached at the moment...
lost in space.
fog is engulfing me.
i can hardly see out my windows.

how do i snap out of it, or should i say
snap into reality?

i want to know, am i about to switch to mania?
am i sbout to switch to depressed?
am i about to get psychotic?
am i just stuck in a fog?

can you help me find my way out??

I used to ice my temples to bring me back. Don't know if it would work for you. Have you been eating today? It's not a low blood sugar type thing is it? Seems like I saw someone suggest something sour and cold worked for them. Do you have a rough textured object you could feel in your hands? I don't know if strong smells might work the same way. Good Luck.

Just a thought but do you have gas fuel in your home? Can you try getting outside for a bit and see if that helps?

i went outside and to the store for some water and start to feel better.

i never thought about carbon monoxide but now i am....

That was a good idea If it isn't cold where you live maybe you could turn the gas valve to the heater off? And just being out sometimes makes you feel better.

It might be worthwhile to get a carbonmonoxide detector and have somebody check the gas appliances over. Lower levels may not kill you but cause brain damage and symptoms of mental illness.

You can ask your local fire dept to check your house for carbon monoxide just don't use 911 unless it's an emergency. If your pilot keeps going out your furnace might not be burning fuel properly.

Oh boy oh boy I feel this way often. I'm so sorry. And space cadet is what my fiance always calls me.

I did smoke mari-j but stopped 5 weeks ago and can't even tell I stopped. I still feel like I'm high all the time, fiance says it's must be a "thc gland" but it's just jokes. When I was getting high I would smoke and smoke and smoke and feel nothing, it didn't change.

I don't know what this is but I wanted to say you are definately not alone. Grounding really helps this. Touching things, even touching your hair, your legs, showers can help, splashing cold water on your face. I can't tell you how many times I have done these things. I hope things get better for you soon, hang in there it will get better
