I went back to Korea for 2 weeks during this holiday.

On the day of arrival, my parents greeted me... And it was after about 1 week since I posted things about ADHD in my family blog. They didn't say anything about my ADHD, and didn't seem to even care.

They also told me that they always wanted to have me do plastic surgery on my nose, and I was satisfied with what I got.

However, I feel that this made my problems worse. Some people told me that I look better than before, while some other 'friends' don't notice any difference in me. This made me get depressed even more, and feeling of not getting noticed.

I also lost about 6 kg in 2 weeks, and no one gives a SXXX about how much effort I put into it... I think these are also reasons why I can NEVER get satisfied with myself fully.

I don't want to torture myself, but this just repeats and drains away of all my motivation...

I seriously need to visit a psychotherapist or hypnotherapist...

If you believe you need to visit a psychotherapist, then, probably it's true.

Anyway, if you are quite low on energy, your problem might also be medical, so a medical check-up could be helpful.

Additionally: the typical do more sport, be more active, even if you don't want to. That all might be of help.
