I always feel like I'm running out of time, not life in general. With everyday tasks, I feel like I'm being timed and always coming up short. I feel as if someone is watching me over my shoulder with a stop watch telling me to go faster and scrutinizing everything I do. From cooking to doing remodeling work in my house. I actually avoid tasks for awhile sometimes because I don't feel I have enough time to do them.
Does anyone else experience this?

FEEL like oops.

I think it's a form of self-criticism. The person looking over our shoulder, and with the expectations (and criticisms that come from not meeting them) is really us.

We can change that observing person to someone who is kind, encouraging and non-judgemental.
