... Friday the psych put me on meds and I started zoloft saturday... just thought i would let you all know

Good news, and if Zoloft doesn't work do not give up, there are some excellent meds that do work.
Just work along with your pdoc, do as he or she says in regards to doses, etc.
It is all worth it, in time you will come to see that.

Me too. Back on the pills. Can't wait for them to do more than make me groggy.

Why can't the drug manufacturers come up with something non-addictive that gives your mood the kick of a snort of cocaine? Other "illnesses" are permitted fast relief. You don't take antibiotics for strep and have to wait weeks for relief.

Val, this is a good step.. now you should start feeling more like you.
I hope you can stick it out IT will be rough, but you really need this.. Trust me..
I care and am so glad you finally said yes to try something to help you.
I have been on my meds for almost six months and I enjoy taking them for they are now a part of me.

I'm sorry. I can't help it. Maybe it's my coping mechanisms showing themselves, but since you've come back, some things you say just pop out at me like a straight line to a comic! its time I know you're not in the mood for joking lately, but like I said "I can't help it!"
