Finding halfway decent social workers, who truly care for their jobs, is very difficult anywhere. My little sister and I have repeatedly called DHHR's CPS on my mother in an attempt to get my 17 year old sister and her baby out of that house! But nobody has even came to investigate the order, and they've closed the case three times without even talking to my mom or anything. It's truly ridicules, my sister could be severely neglected, if it weren't for me and some others, and nobody would come to protect her. There's something seriously wrong with this system, if children can't be protected by those who are trained and payed to, who in the hell will!?! Pisses me off.

Good Luck with finding your answers, and don't tolerate their half *** procrastinations, call every single day if you have too.
