Okay, so yesterday I took my last sertraline/zoloft tablet and my mum and I were going to go to the pharmacy to pick up some more but we completely forgot. They have my prescription but they aren't open on weekends and it's saturday morning...I've never missed a whole one let alone a full one and I'm so nervous. I don't know what to do. Please help!

Maybe find another pharmacy in the area that is open and tell them what has happened. Take the packaging of your zoloft to them. Then ask if they will accept a fax copy of the medication on Monday.......... couldnt hurt to ask.

Or contact your doctors office and ask the oncall doc to fax through a copy of the prescription.

Ring your local hospital explain the situation and they may give you a few to last the weekend, but try the other ideas first

I know it is a tough situation, I have been there before. I did ok going a couple days without meds. Especially if it is the kind that needs to build up in your system. Good luck and hope you find a solution for the weekend.

I don't know how it is in England, but we have emergency pharmacies here. I don't know how that would work though, since the other pharmacy has your prescription.
Otherwise I would agree, go to the ER, they should be able to give you enough for the weekend. Or at least tell you where you can get some.

Good luck, I have been there!! I moved and ran out before I could find a new psychiatrist. I made it for two days, then I had to call 911 and I spent the day in the ER, where they thought I was having a heart attack. NOT pretty. That was when I was on Effexor and Celexa if I remember that right. It was a few years ago.

Just open up your eyes as I lay you down tonight
Safe on the other side
No more tears to cry
