My head is too fast. I need sleep. I can't sleep. Trying everything. Bath valerian root tea routine. Then the meds. Tonight I have taken at six. Quetiapine 300xr as prescribed 200mg quetiapine allowed extra, 7.5 zopiclone 45mg mirtazapine and also took 10mg prn diazepam. I'm still wired and scared. Just want sleep

Hope you finally got to sleep; only the zopiclone is actually for sleep. I use a bowl of cereal with lots of milk for helping me get to sleep if it's the middle of the night. I read or work on the computer to relax myself or play games if I don't want to concentrate on reading.

Stimuli such as screens, bright lights, etc aren't great for trying to calm down. Try drawing, reading, stroking your cat (etc), and that will maybe slow your brain a bit...

Olanzipine usually helps make me feel tired - tbh im surpised the diazepam doesn't help make you feel sleepy - i know it certainly has this effect on me!
