Philip Zimbardo, psychologist from Stanford, author of "THE LUCIFER EFFECT: Understanding how good People turn Evil" he pioneered the late 1960's STANFORD PRISON EXPERIMENT, a groundbreaking experiment on humans that broke way for the ceasing of using humans as psychological test subjects. http://www.ted.com/talks/lang/en/phi...y_of_evil.html it is 23 min long.  the book is also worth a read, but warning, it can be triggering
