Yes. I am not an ocd sufferer, but I do suffer from bouts of depression and anxiety from time to time. It helps to go for a walk, or to play a game that you like. Something enjoyable, you know? Hope you feel better soon!

Yes, I get those feelings too from time to time. It's usually after I've been very depressed or anxious or had a panic attack. It sort of like part of the recovery frombeing stressed to the max.

I feel like that at times, but probably as a reaction to either feeling anxious or depressed the majority of the rest of the time.

Yes - pretty often! I blame it partly on menopause & partly on depression since I've been unemployed for over a year.

I kind of have a hard to time talking and responding to people too. Also trouble thinking clearly and forming ideas - its really scary.

I wasn't going to reply because I thought my reaction might not count, but maybe it will help someone, after all. When it gets very hot outside I become mushy minded. I move more slowly, too. If inside is hot, I get the same thing; and unfortunately, where I work is usually hot. So I often feel mushy in my head, and in the summer it is particularly bad. I thought it was permanent until cool weather kicked in and I felt "normal" again. Unfortunately most of the places I go seem to be entirely too hot.
