I know how you feel. I've had that before too, and I used to have noises in my head ALL the time. I thought it would drive me over me edge.

Can you do something to distract you? Do you have a hobby? Can you talk to someone?

The ideal thing would be to talk to a therapist. Is that something you could do?

Call your doctor and see if he can get you a referrall to a good therapist in your area. You really need to see one to get some of your issues taken care of, especially these noises in your head. Do it as soon as you can, like on Monday morning, okay?

I wish you the very best. Please keep us posted as to what happens, ok? We really care about you. God bless and please take care. Hugs, Lee

don't feel like me, the constant noises and diatribes that go through my head are relentless. I understand what you are feeling right now. I hope that you will get some sleep and calmer soon.
Thanks for this!

There MUST be someone who is taking his place while he is gone. Try to get in to see him. But don't wait too long. You cannot wait for the whole month my friend.

Call on Monday and try to get in, ok? Please? You're on early-intervention service for a reason!!!

So make the call on Monday!!! Please!!! God bless. Hugs, Lee

Hey your still not feeling better?

You really should call someone that has been a few days now you have been like this.

I would call your crisis team now..... you have been saying no to them for a few days but now you need to speak to a professional!!

The weird feeling generally doesn't just go away. Should really talk to someone. I have been experiencing the same myself. I listen to music on headphones loud to help for the time being, but I am going for help Monday morning.
