These meds have got my mind real dull-like, like I can use it if I so desire but if I am at rest there's really nothing going on upstairs. Anyone else feel this way?

When I take my meds, I'm ok, but about 4-5 hours later, it's like I'm like the guy in "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" after he's had too many shock treatments -- kind of like DUH.
 I don't really like that feeling. I surely can;t go anywhere like that!
