it isn't bad enough that i have to deal with a malfunctioning body, but then social and financial and other traumatic events have to gang up on me ~!!

are people aware that there is actually a stress monitor to see how high your stress load is, and how that contributes to the other functions and risks in your life ?

right now i figure i'm running about a 1300 stress load, where 700 leaves one vulnerable to "accidents", poor judgement, illnesses and generally freaking out. thank the doc for valiums,,

think a kind thought for me, if you would ....

I hope your many stresses decrease soon... hang in there. maybe you can do something kind or soothing for yourself.
