did my second night last night 3 on shift, as my m8 was back that was great, but the third likes to try and get away from doing her share of the work as we have to share were we are in the building, it is split into 3 zones and somebody has to sit in the first zone all night, to make this fair we have to change every hour and this one person thinks its ok to try and get away from doing this, and after what my friend iand i have been through we both refused and said if the manager wants someone there someone will be there,
other than this the shifts are going ok but feeling very tierd after a 12hr shift even if we didnt rush around all night
