I know that people here mostly post when they have a problem, but there's no rule forcing you to do that.

I, for example, am not having more problems. Indeed my present medication started working pretty well and things looks different now that I am not looking at them through my depression + anxiety lenses.

Stuff looks different now. A fight is just a fight, not the end of the world (and a trigger for suicide thoughts). Not getting a job or project doesn't mean that I'll be homeless soon. Actually, I feel that what I accomplish is not hampered by an evil force that wants me to fail. Sometimes things go wrong, but there's no tragedy in that.

This is to give hope to those who are still trying to find out the way out of their labyrinth. Things also looked desperate to me, but now I realize there is an outcome and a series of steps lead there.

Love to all.
Thanks for this!

Thank you so much for coming back here to share this with us! I am so happy for you. It means a lot to hear this.

Lately I have definitely been feeling better much more than worse. Not all the way better -- the struggle is there -- but no longer hopeless and much more manageable. I hope that someday soon I will be making a post much like yours.

I do feel that people appreciate validation though when things are tough especially if there is no one to hear our voice in the real world. People go through some truly awful experiences and Psych Central is the place to share with others that understand. I'm glad things are going well for you though.

Sometimes something positive is just what someone needs to hear when they are down. It is always good to know that there is hope and recovery does happen. Thank you for your post!

Furthermore: I also was in a position where I had a though humming in my head that it all won't stop EVER. But now I see that I was mistaken. Things change, also for the better.
Thanks for this!

Thanks for giving hope for others who are also struggling. Your post may be just what someone needs to hear today -- or tomorrow! Thanks for posting! God bless, and take care! Hugs, Lee
