Thanks Tomi. Printed out and pinned up .... I often let myself down but I needn't ... if I just trusted my intuition ... that is seldom wrong.
Thank you - this came right at a time when I needed it most. I was about to try and make contact with an on-line friend that I had to say goodbye to some months ago. But I miss her so much so I thought I would just send a quick mail to tell her, then I read this. My intuition says not to and if it hadn't been for this gentle reminder I might have acted against my better intuition. Thanks again! Wonderful quote!

I read Gawain's writings a lot.
In my shamanic journey I have found that if I stick with a vegetarian type diet... my intuition is right nearly all of the time .. rather than not having it at times!

I find that almost anything that clogs the digestive system, clogs the mind as well; like eating meat and starch in the same meal. It's one or the other for me... when I can manage it.
My biggest problem, though, is simply not listening. My inpulsivity gets the better of me.

I do pretty good with my intuition......I also have to listen to my suspicious mind sometimes.
