How long has the headache thing been happening?

Being in physical pain a lot of the time can likely have something to do with you feeling the need to insult people around you. Pain tends to bring out the less than stellar aspects of someone's personality.

Definitely. Chronic pain can also bring on depression, anxiety, insomnia and lowered immune response among other things.
I used to get tension headaches from stress and they would sometimes last weeks...
Anti-inflammatories like Advil have helped me along with limiting stress and coping effectively with current stress.
Best wishes, hope you feel better soon.

I suffer from migraines, which do require special medication to gain some relief. Look over the link provided to see exactly what kind of headaches you're suffering and then go to the doctor with that information to help yourself through the misery.

Best wishes to you & welcome to Psych Central!
