Psychiatrist, rehab person, support group, medication,. Still depressed, still feel suicidal.

What else? Have had psychologists in the past but they didn't last long, either they left or I discontinued therapy because they were useless.

Hugs IT! Sounds like you are trying everything you can. I hope maybe you will find the right doctor or med or group at some point. All you can do is keep trying.

a) aim in life. Hard to keep up without that. One needs something to make them going
b) having the right people around you is important.
c) spiritual life. I am not speaking of religion, but again, finding your place. Something to cling to perhaps even.

I'm sorry that in spite of trying to get the help and support you need, you're still struggling so much. That must be incredibly difficult.
