I have been having some negative information in my head for some time now. it is getting to the point where i can't concentrate. also i am upset that someone i trusted does not do the job that she use to do and i ever need inpatient treatment again that i can't see her. i also do not have a T because i reported her. I wrote to her after 3 or 4 months of not talking to her and she has not written back. It is really bothering me and am not sure what to do . i dont trust really to many people.

Once you've broken off with your connections in the professional support system, getting re-connected can be tricky. Not having any communication with yout (ex)T for 3 or 4 months is going to take a calm explanation. I'd start by writing to her, if my writing skills were pretty good. Keep it short, just tell her why you think you're really and able to start again. Ask for a referral if she won't see you.
Stay in touch. We need to get you back in therapy, so it this doesn't work we'll come up with something else.
