Does anyone else suffer this issue?...
It started a couple weeks ago, I was in a T-Bird (Rear wheel drive) with BALD tires.... slid a little, our road can get quite crappy....and it has cliffs with NO railings!!!...I have always hated driving on Mts when I was a kid....I think a part of that is coming back! Because I moved up here in the Mts a year or so ago......any thoughts?!

You are right to be anxious while driving like that! That's like walking on a tight rope and not being concerned about the possibility of falling.

yes there is a name for it... its a general term that covers any form of traveling ... driving a vehicle, driving on roads, highways, streets....

its called hodophobia. I know someone who has it so bad he cant get into any type of vehicle neither driving nor as a passenger. with this person it doesnt matter whether its a drive way, small country street, city high way or even a mountain road...he cant do it.
