Hi there brackenbeard - are you receiving any medical treatment for the psychosis you mentioned? Sometimes it can feel very stressful when you want to get things done, but just don't have the focus. For example my 15 yr old is very artistic but she has to feel the creative ideas flowing. Unfortunately when an assignment is due, that can be stressful. Just knowing you have multiple things to do can make some feel pressured.

Have you tried simple meditation? This can help make you more focused and calm. Exercise also helps. Mindfulness is another helpful tool - its a matter of reminding yourself to focus and putting all your attention on the task. If the activity you're doing is causing frustration, take a short break and try later. Good luck.
