Don't listen to her when she rags on you, Alf! confused She sounds like she's not very understanding at all!

What kind of contact do you have to have with her in order to see your son? I would think it's only to tell her when you'll be picking up and dropping off your son. Yes?

Alf,

Can you talk with a therapist, social worker with the county, or anyone who can set up a visitation without your seeing her (i.e. a friend, social worker, etc.) brings your child to you for visitation, then drops the child back off to mother?

If there's a will, there's a way, alf...

Are you seeing a therapist? Can you dicuss with them setting up a meeting with a social worker to work something out on your behalf with a court order...not everything takes a lawyer with the courts.

For instance a person can file petitions/motions (some of them) on their own in the family/common pleas courts. You might very well be able to make this request on your own.

First off, do you have a therapist you're working with?

Can you PM me the county/state in which you live? I could go to their website possibly to view the motions/petitions a person can file on their own....

Sorry to hear that hun. I recommend taking charge of the situation with your ex, and going to court and having a partial custody or visitation rights, so that she's unable to hold your child over you like a pawn piece in a game. I'm sorry you feel so low as well.
