Suze Orman is a financial advisor, self made millionaire. You might have seen her on PBS or CNBC. She allows us to share this information: her portfolio of legal forms to put your life in order, worth $2500 is free if you visit her site and use this:

You have to look around her site for the icon Protection page... then enter the above info in name and password. You can then download the forms for free. Wills, organization, etc etc etc She's a gem, and just wants to help people. Hope this helps someone.
