My friend has started seeing "pictures" they are always of a girl who is hurt (same girl Always) she hasn't been diagnosed with anything. I want to help but i live 3000 miles away. I am worried that if she get help something bad will happen. she already self-harms and it getting worse with the pictures. any idea how to help her?

Do you know her parents swell enough to call them yourself and ask that they take her to a doctor? Will your friend talk to a counselor at school?
