That was all the venter said. When the person did not like my answer, they disconnected.
What on earth does one say to that? ![]() Happily I was able to have a very nice chat with the next person and they said I helped so much and thanked me...but that other is still haunting me. |

I don't think there's a correct response. I don't know how I would respond. I guess instead of trying to answer the question, somehow try to direct the conversation in a way to get that person to answer his own question.

Is this about "feeling bad"? I don't feel "bad" for the caller or for myself. The question was out of left field. I would like to be prepared if it happens again with a way to handle it. I also have no idea if this person was serious or not but I would like to treat it as such.
