Hi all, this is a [admittedly late! ] reminder about the chat I host: Minding Time
Sunday, 3PM [eastern standard time]- so, in about fifteen minutes.

General topic areas to be covered are motivation, prioritizing, procrastination, and how to address these areas on an individual basis. Many of us attempt to accomplish daily or weekly goals and chores in a way or at a level we feel we should, though not one that is necessarily adapted best to our current strengths.

The idea is to discuss and develop different techniques to overcome lack of motivation, feelings of being overwhelmed, disorganization and other issues.

If you have any specific questions about the chat feel free to send me a message through the board before the chat starts, as it would be difficult to answer private questions on the board or in chat during the hour.

This week,9/8/13 Sunday, 3PM EST, proposed discussion will begin with building structure step by step and prioritizing in a way that works for you.

Last week it was a very small crowd so we spent about 30 minutes on the topic and then about thirty minutes in general discussion relating the topic to personal experience, and that seemed pretty productive. Depending on who shows up, we may do that again.

Also just a friendly reminder- please do your best to be on time. [Though I understand if you are an individual interested in this chat, being prompt may be an associated area of weakness ]

I do hope you all are able to join me!

Josie

Update!
Had an issue with setting up chat, because it was mean- that's my excuse.

But it is set up now.

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
