Or cognitive problems, problems following directions.. being 'scatterbrained" I also have trouble focusing on one thing at a time.. i tend to 'jump' to different things.. But no doc i've seen diagnosed me with adhd- i'm not even sure if i definitely have it..

Not an expert or anything but lack of focus can be from many different diagnoses. If it's interfering with your daily life maybe it's time to find out what it is & why?

anxiety can cause you to be scatterbrained
grief over losing a pet or family member
insomnia or not enough sleep
not eating right
Just lots of different things! Just regular stress can cause it if you are juggling lots of different things?

Glad you asked tho!!

I've had problems with focus for some ten years. I have a very vivid imaginary world, and my mind always wanders to someplace else. Like i don't want to be here. I went through phsycological tests, but there was nothing there. They think I'm too depressed, but I don't think so. It doesn't matter how good I feel, I always feel best inside my head. I've been told I have dissociative symptoms, I always feel I'm not quite here. That might have something to do with my lack of focus.
