As Doc John said, we have many resources available to us here from the PC blogs to the new "rate and review medications" to headlines to "ask the therapist". We have so much for us right here!

I'm a creature of habit and generally don't go outside of that, but I did some "outside the comfort zone" clicking last night and felt so informed, proud and special. I've made myself a promise to do that daily...for MYSELF as well as for PC.

Have you clicked on your additional links of interest today? Have you clicked your "extra resource" link today?

as a matter of fact I did!!! I went to "resources" and found that there are many support sites out there for various struggles.

Like you, I don't venture out of my comfort zone much--- so this morning I thought I'd take a gander- Have you clicked your "extra resource" link today? and the other day I read some in the "disorders" section and found that very interesting.
