We feel the need, once again, to remind members that the forums are not a place to discuss private issues/conflicts with or about other members. Too much hurt can come from this type of posting.
If you don't want your posts to be miscontrued or complained about, be specific and/or ask for help. The moderation team will not attempt to decipher posts. If your post is vaguely referencing an interpersonal conflict, we can't defend a complaint/allegation against you if a member thinks it's about them. You can avoid this by being specific in your posts when possible (but again, do not publicize issues you have with other PC members). Short and sweet, if a complaint is received against a post and it's not clear as to what the post is about, it will be removed. Respectfully, KD and LMo __________________ thatsallicantypewithonehand |

Keep in mind, we don't do this because we think you shouldn't talk about interpersonal conflicts, but that a public forum is usually not the best place to try and resolve such conflicts. We've found that such discussions are usually very disruptive to the community as a whole, and that's why we ask you either:
a. directly address your issues with the person, or b. ignore the person entirely, or c. ask for help resolving the issue from a member of the moderation team, KD or LMo. Thank you, DocJohn __________________ Don't throw away your shot. |
