No it is not broken..
Look for subject icon when you post something it is in the lower bottom of the screen when you post a new post..

Your name may take a few days to show up as a new member..

Borg, you can put smilies in the front, middle and end of sentences. We have some on this site or you can go to SmileyCentral.com and download the program. You can click on any of the animated smilies for that. For the ones on this site, click on the link above the box where you type a post that says <font color=blue>markup in your posts</font color=blue> and it will give you the code to type. A smaller box will pop up. Scroll down to see the codes for the smilies.

I wrote Doc John and he told me that the names do in fact work automatically in groups of 6. So when the group of 6 containing your name shows up, you should be there. In the mean time I welcome you to the forums and I hope you find all the help and friendships you are looking for. We're glad to have you with us!
