Hi
I often seem to get distracted by something which causes me to go into a dream i often dont even notice im doing it for a while, it is becoming rather annoying as once im in this kind of "trance" i cant seem to get out of it!

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to regain/stay focused?

I assume you are talking about daydreams?

I'm wondering what type of things you are trying to concentrate on. If it's a book, then you can do things such as read out loud or take notes on it, for example.
