|
Power & Prestige means nothing to me but for many people in means a lot. Some people will go far to acheive this. Hurting others doesn't count when Power and Prestige is their goal.
PS I'm not talking about anyone in particular and I am not attacking anyone. |

This is very true. But, I often wonder if these people are truly happy. I mean, the ones who hurt people and do bad things just to achieve a higher goal, are they truly happy? I sure wouldn't be.

 they are not happy...........breaking someone down to build yourself up is not something that a secure and happy person does......

No, they are not happy. They don't know what happiness is but if they can't have it, in their mind, others can't have that power of happiness either. So they will surely make others's life a miserable h*ll.

I agree with you...hurting othrs for power and prestige is not going to make you a happy person...!

 Some people feel so bad about themselves that they would pull others down to lift themself up...

In my experiences, these kind of people are miserable souls. They're not happy with themselves and the only way they know is to tear others down and make them feel bad in the hopes of making themselves feel better. Thing is, they'll never find happiness that way.

Yes, I think you could be right. Perhaps these types of ppl get some kind of high from this power usage, kind of self medicating their woes???
