so i have trouble remembering alot of things, things i know i should remember... like entire years, but i cant remember, i know it has someting to do with whats goin on with me now... i think that my mind has or is giving me false memories too, like alot of deja'vu moments

would hypnosis be able to help me? i would need to see a psychologist for that right? would it be expensive ?

i mean if my mind has done such a good job of hiding certain memories maybe i dont want to see them but i think its important to move on and cant if i dont know what happened right?

does anyone have a similar situation? im just trying to figure out what i need to do about the blank spots..
