Well, I didn't take any kind of a stroke today. Just flat didn't try to do anything different.

I understand. Sometimes I think it's easier for me to just stay up until I get past the panic time rather than go to sleep knowing I'm going to wake up at a specific time anyway. Makes it hard to get up in the morning that way though.
I'm glad you're here September. I'm so sorry you are scared right now. It's very understandable. I hope you are able to get some good rest tonight. Thinking of you.

I have been wondering whether I should try bungee jumping again... there is a great spot here that is maybe just a tad too high, but I think that will be my bold stroke for the whole holiday!!!!
Why are we so paralyzed by our own irrational fears??? You just can't reason them away.... mmmhhh... __________________

I used to watch a TV show some 10 yrs ago. Don't ask me the name of it, but I think it was a talk show. The woman hostess of the show once said "we must do at least one outrageous thing every day." Damned if I can think of anything nowadays...

No, it's not any great comfort at all. Wish someone could tell me "Stop worrying because I can promise you it's not going to happen." Unfortunately, no one can do that.
