Voices causing me distress

Last night i was trying to sleep and heard voices in my head again. They said the usual things, that I was useless and should just die. But before it happened I was fantasising about being a mom, cause I love to do that even though I usually cry afterwards. This time though my daughter died. So fast forward to when the voices were talking to me and they decide to say that they'll hurt my daughter...future daughter technically I guess. But they say if I hurt myself they won't. So I scratch at my arm repeatedly as they tell me to repeat and push my nails in harder and harder. My arm felt like it was burning afterwards. Anyway has this happened to anyone before or wants to add something?

I don't self mutilate, but I have battled with hearing a voice tell me it's going to hurt my loved ones. Very upsetting and frightening. Being on Seroquel has pretty much stopped the power of that voice.
