In other words, too much anxiety and depression to deal with, and not enough fun or quality to compensate for it.

Why do I even bother existing anymore? Well, because there's no easy way out. Unless there is. If there is, I'm all ears really, I have had just about enough of this.

Sorry if you were triggered.

I understand how you feel, I feel like that a lot. I hope you feel better soon!

I feel like this, too. Depression just makes it all too difficult to deal with, so it's just an endless anxious > depressed loop.

I think most people are there, including those who don't think they need somewhere like this site.

Just going through the motions of life, not actually living, but not yet aware that's what they're doing.

I agree with that. I felt that way "before" 2012. I actually feel like I'm really living now.

Find something you are passionate about, and do it. That's what really saved me. Even as recently as last Nov-Dec-January, I was very depressed. One thing that helped to lift me out of it was taking a triathlon training course. Rigorous, a lot of time, a lot of other people doing the same thing - it really helped me focus on something other than my problems. I'm a much happier camper now.
Thanks for this!

I feel the same way. I'm drained and don't want to bother with waking up another day, but I haven't found the easy way, either. to us all
