In other words, too much anxiety and depression to deal with, and not enough fun or quality to compensate for it.
Why do I even bother existing anymore? Well, because there's no easy way out. Unless there is. If there is, I'm all ears really, I have had just about enough of this. Sorry if you were triggered. ![]() |

I understand how you feel, I feel like that a lot. I hope you feel better soon!

I feel like this, too. Depression just makes it all too difficult to deal with, so it's just an endless anxious > depressed loop.

Find something you are passionate about, and do it. That's what really saved me. Even as recently as last Nov-Dec-January, I was very depressed. One thing that helped to lift me out of it was taking a triathlon training course. Rigorous, a lot of time, a lot of other people doing the same thing - it really helped me focus on something other than my problems. I'm a much happier camper now. |

I feel the same way. I'm drained and don't want to bother with waking up another day, but I haven't found the easy way, either. ![]() ![]()
