Without realizing it, I started a bender on Tuesday that lasted for 24 hours or more. By Wednesday evening I was on a full blown rant and said some pretty bizarre things. I was, at the time, severely dehydrated, had not eaten or teken meds or slept for at least 48 hours or showered in days.

So I was ranting about doing harm to people and about violent fantasies and I do want to apologize to anyone that was negetively affected by my temporary madness.

I would like to thank The Well for pulling me back from the edge. After a couple of emails from him, I drank a lot of water, ate, took my meds and showered and slept for seven hours last night. He could have been very rude or mean about the whole thing, but he wasn't. He used reason and logic on me, and broke through the crazziness so that I could see what I was doing.

So thank you, The Well, you are a true gentleman. And I will refer back to this incident and use it as a reminder that I must take better care of myself.

Hello Lady C! Well, it is grand of you to make an apology. I have not been feeling well, and missed said posts. (I wont go looking for them)
Lately, I feel like I am barely holding the pieces together! Am trying to practice a lot of self care. I rant.
Glad you are here.

I'm glad you are doing better
And I'm glad I was able to help you.

Psst I'm female. I know the name is deceiving. No worries though. Some of the nicest people I know are male.

The Well...

Now you've made another friend and I will be checking on you from time to time. I'm sure many people here adore you. Lady Courtesan.
