That is so true! Overcoming our doubts is a huge battle in itself.

There are actually some who like to instill doubts in others....or maybe they know our doubts and weaknesses and play on them. I think that makes overcoming our doubts even harder.

I was married to a man like that... once. Doubts He not only played on the doubts I already had about myself, he gave me a whole list of new ones. Even made me doubt my own sanity when all the time, it was HIM that had a HUGE mental disorder.
