Sometimes well all the time I get so mad for the stupidest stuff and I dont know how to control it. I only got like this after I had my son. ANd all the stuff his dad put my through. But I dont see why I am like that with everyone. Sometimes I get like that with my son just yell and I leave the room as I know he has done nothing wrong and I hate yelling at anyone and for sure I hate doing it to him. He is my life. What can I do to help this has anyone else done the same thing as this before.HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know that I love the people around me but I just cant help it. I try not to say anything but it comes out anyway and it is normally in yelling.

Yes, mothers experience this alot. It may not be a disorder where your feeling antisocial, having a baby can do that easily. I've felt this way many times, especially with the people around me. They bother me more then the people who are just acquantices. I tell you that. I'm with you girl, I know how you feel. I think you need a day for yourself, a full day where you can freely do as you wish...every mother deserves that here and there.

Hello Samantha,

Your son deserves to be raised in a loving, no stress environment. Counseling sounds like a good option for you to try.

No other person has a right to tell you what you can and cannot do with your personal life. You need to stand up for yourself and your son and seek help.

I wish you well,

January
