That's a pretty sad story. It always is when someone takes their own life.
I've always liked that song. Is that the original version of it? __________________ His & Hers Depression Blog http://his-hers.ozzieblackcat.com/ Avon Website http://youravon.com/susanking |

I guess you and I are the only ones old enough to know who Boston is! Kinda sad, if you ask me.
I don't know if it's the original version of the song or not, but it's the only one I've heard. __________________ Psalm 119:105 Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. |

Boston was/is one of my fav bands from back in the day.
Their music was always uplifting to me with their own special sound. Brad was an amazing man...always giving of his time and talent where it was needed. He was a true friend to his community. Even in his death, he was looking out for others. When the emergency crews arrived, they found notes left by Brad warning of carbon monoxide in the home, and where to find him. He put towels at cracks of the doors so as not to allow it to seep out into the house as best he could. Rest in peace dear Brad! |

It's scary to think that he was thinking that much about others in his final moments. Having been at that door myself, once, I know that it's the extreme, ultimate act of selfishness.
Although I was there once, I don't understand it anymore. For me, part of it was giving away all my power and control to one person... then my son walked in on me. Poor baby! He couldn't have been more than 6 yrs old! I don't think he had a clue what was going on, though. I hadn't managed to muster up the defining moment. __________________ Psalm 119:105 Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. |
