I find group therapy only agitates me more, always seem to have the one or two that just drive you crazy. So I don't go no more, besides I don't have much to offer, hence my name.
Single therapy didn't seem to work either. I just find I do my best when i'm by myself. Not sure why I wrote in, just did. Have a great day. Fred

Hi Fred --
If you are doing okay, maybe you just want socialization. A therapist recently told me I didn't belong in a woman's group she was starting, that I should try to get out more to make friends.
